Seward was one of the most beautiful towns I’ve ever seen. The wildlife, the glaciers, the outdoor scene is incredibly limitless. The cold air was crisp to the touch – I’ve never inhaled fresher air than I did in Moose’s Pass and out in the Kenai Fjords National Park. To witness the glaciers breaking off was absolutely incredible- I didn’t expect it to sound like thunder and create waves strong enough to rock our vessel a quarter mile away. I was even lucky enough to see humpback and beluga whales!!
I strongly recommend making a trip out to Seward and to take it on the Alaska Railroad. I promise you won’t regret it!
